Requirements
Educational Qualifications and previous experience
- BA/BSc/BEd Degree
- PGCE, iPGCE or equivalent teaching post-graduate teaching qualification.
- NPQH or MA in Educational Leadership preferable.
- At least ten years full-time teaching experience in a school setting.
- At least five years of experience as a Headteacher.
- Proven experience of delivery of UK curriculum.
- Comprehensive understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program, with at least three years of experience in a leadership role within an IB school setting.
