Fitness Week
Year 1 children had a wonderful time during our Health and Fitness week. They participated in an obstacle course and ran at least half a km every day! Playing team games, which kept everyone moving, was great fun as well as choreographing their own dance moves with Miss Constantinou. In addition to this Miss Lucy’s special fun fitness challenge was full of energy and fun. They learned about the food groups and why exercise and a healthy lifestyle are so important. The highlight of the week was sharing a fruit platter which was provided by the children themselves. Thank you to everyone who made our week so much fun!
