Year 11 Economics Students at the 10th Innovation Camp

On Friday 15th of December 2023, Y11 Economics students, Eva Deftera, Alexandros Evanthis, Stefani Georghiou, Michelle Ioannidou, Marilena Michail and Andreas Panayiotou, along with their teacher Ms. Elena Christou, had the opportunity to participate in the 10th Innovation Camp organized by Junior Achievement Cyprus.

A hundred students from all over Cyprus gathered to address a specific business challenge. This year’s challenge was for students to design a business in the food industry, ensuring that all activities are aligned with circular economy principles. Participants had to work in a group of students they never met before, propose a solution within very limited time and present their ideas to a panel of judges, earning valuable life skills
