JA Innovation Camp 2025

On Friday 12th December, five of our Year 11 Business students — Anastasia Lomidze, Rene Tsur, Leonidas Tapakkis, Constantinos Michaelas, and Alexandros Pastellas — had the opportunity to participate in the annual Bicommunal Innovation Camp, organized by Junior Achievement Cyprus.
During this intensive one-day competition, students were challenged to develop a business idea focused on preserving the cultural heritage of Cyprus.Working in teams with students they had not previously met, they rose to the challenge by collaborating effectively and presenting their business plans in front of a panel of judges.
All students performed admirably, and we are especially proud to note that Leonidas’ team was ranked among the top six teams in the competition.
A special thank you goes out to their teacher Ms. Papapavlou for her guidance and support throughout the day as well as to Junior Achievement Cyprus for organizing this inspiring initiative that empowers young people through innovation and entrepreneurship.
