Year 13 students at The Senior School Sixth Form are celebrating an exceptional set of examination results, with 26 x A* grades and 60 x A grades being awarded across all subjects, an increase in overall attainment compared with 2025.
Dr Dan Moore, Head of School, said:
“We are delighted to celebrate an increase in the highest A-level grades and another set of excellent results. It has been wonderful to see students rewarded for their hard work and dedication and I am incredibly proud of all they have achieved during their time in Sixth Form.”
These results have enabled students to progress to a range of university courses; Criminal Psychology, Fashion and Luxury Brand Management, Human Geography, Game Development and Engineering (Aeronautical, Software, Aerospace and Automotive) reflecting both their academic achievements and future aspirations. Students have been able to gain places at; Princeton in the USA, Imperial, Bristol, Bath, Goldsmiths and the London School of Economics in the UK plus a range of prestigious universities across Europe in the Netherlands, France, Greece and Cyprus itself.
These results also reflect the excellent Apolytirion grades achieved by Year 13 earlier in the academic year and congratulations also go to Year 11 and 12 who achieved 114 x A grades across all AS subjects in which every student taking Greek achieved a grade A. Mr James Hind, the new Headteacher of the Senior School, added:
“These excellent results reflect the commitment, resilience and positive attitudes demonstrated by our students throughout their Sixth Form journey. We are proud of all they have accomplished and wish them every success in their future studies, careers and personal endeavours. I would also like to thank our Sixth Form team and teaching staff for the guidance, support and high-quality teaching they have provided, helping students achieve their ambitions and prepare for the next stage of their lives.”
The Senior School looks forward to following the continued success of its students as they embark on the next chapter of their educational and professional journeys.
