Year 3 Art Adventure!

As part of our Year 3 Art curriculum, our students visited the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nicosia to deepen their understanding of art elements, mediums, tools, and techniques explored throughout the year. During their visit, they took part in the exciting programme “Body, Nature, Imagination: Exploring the Cypriot Landscape.”

Through this hands-on experience, students discovered the works and artistic approaches of over 50 iconic and contemporary Cypriot artists. Through play, creativity, and collaboration, they:

* Explored the connection between their bodies and the natural world

* Experiment with design and artistic expression

* Shared ideas, built hypotheses, and created their own imaginative stories

We were also delighted to welcome Mr. Taliotis, an artist and parent from our school community, who joined us and engaged with the students throughout this inspiring educational tour.

The students thoroughly enjoyed this enriching and creative experience!
